AMG PURCHASE REWARD RULES AND ELIGIBILITY

As a Mercedes-AMG owner you’re privy to a driving adventure like no other. AMG Experience showcases the true performance capabilities of numerous Mercedes-AMG vehicles, while exploring the depths of your driving interests.

The AMG Purchase Reward Program offers two participation offers with AMG Experience depending on the model purchased. If you purchased a new Mercedes-AMG in the last (12) months, please select the model you purchased and receive your offer details.

This vehicle reward offer grants entry to any AMG Experience PERFORMANCE event with a $1,995 discount from applicable fees. The AMG Purchase Reward complimentary offer can also be applied as a credit of $1,995 (value of PERFORMANCE training) towards the ADVANCED, PRO or PRO+ training fees if prerequisites have been met. DRIFT, DRIFT+ and AMG Lifestyle are not eligible for AMG Purchase Reward redemption. Participation must be completed within (12) months from date of delivery. All other AMG Purchase Reward rules and restrictions will apply.

• The vehicle purchaser’s full name
• The vehicle purchaser’s full address
• The vehicle model and year designation (i.e. “2023 Mercedes-AMG E 63 S”)
• The dealership name at which the vehicle was purchased or leased
• The full Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”)
• Valid credit card
• Driver’s License

Seats are limited, and like the vehicles themselves, they go very, very fast.

Rules, Terms, and Conditions

1. Eligibility for Complimentary Seat:

• New owners of Mercedes-AMG models 45, 55, 63, 65, GT (all GT models), EQS, EQE, and EQB are eligible for one complimentary seat at an on Track AMG Experience PERFORMANCE event offered in the United States.

   Additional Reward Option:

• Alternatively, this AMG Purchase Reward can be used as a $1,995 credit toward either an on Ice PERFORMANCE event or an on Track/on Ice ADVANCED, PRO, or PRO+ training in the United States, provided all prerequisites are met.

   Restrictions:

• DRIFT, DRIFT+ and on Road events are not eligible for AMG Purchase Reward redemption.

2. Discount for Specific Models:

• New owners or lessees of Mercedes-AMG models 35, 43, or 53 (excluding all GT models) are eligible for a $995 discount on one on Track/on Ice PERFORMANCE or ADVANCED training event in the United States.

   Additional Information:

• Participation in eligible events must occur within 12 months of the vehicle’s delivery date.
• Only one complimentary offer (on Track PERFORMANCE) which is based on specific model purchase. Please refer to the drop-down menu above to check the discount available for your vehicle.
• Discounts through the AMG Purchase Reward are for the owner’s participation only.
• All program fees are due at registration, and this offer cannot be applied to other Mercedes-Benz or Mercedes-AMG events.
• Standard AMG Purchase Reward terms and conditions apply.

3. TRANSFERABILITY:

The owner/lessee of the new Mercedes-AMG vehicle cannot transfer the AMG Purchase Reward to any other individual or entity.

4. PERSONAL VEHICLES:

The reward recipient will not be allowed to use their personal Mercedes-Benz/Mercedes-AMG vehicle as part of the AMG Experience.

5. RELEASE/WAIVER:

In order to claim the above-mentioned AMG Purchase Reward, the reward recipient must first sign a Release and Waiver which specifically sets forth that they hereby release and agrees to hold harmless MBUSA and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and authorized dealers, and each of their respective directors, officers, shareholders, agents and employees (collectively, “Releases”) of and from, any liability, costs, damages, expenses, attorneys’ fees, court costs, and obligations of any kind arising out of, or related to his/her acceptance and/or usage of the AMG Purchase Reward and/or participation in any AMG Experience event.

6. PUBLICITY:

By accepting and/or using the AMG Purchase Reward, the reward recipient agrees that MBUSA and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries may use their name, biographical information, photograph and/or video for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in all media worldwide without compensation (except where prohibited by law).

7. CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION:

MBUSA, in sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to cancel, supplement and/or modify AMG Experience events, as well as any of the subject terms and conditions regarding the AMG Purchase Reward at any time without notice.
